Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials, parts, and products to and from storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to Learn: Candidates with no previous experience are encouraged to apply; we provide certification training.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
