Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Retrieve merchandise using a handheld scanner or RF gun based on picking tickets.
- Packing: Prepare and pack items securely for shipment, ensuring all packaging materials are used correctly.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and report any issues immediately.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist in cycle counts as required.
- Warehouse Safety: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or conveyor belts (training provided).
- Customer Service: Ensure all orders meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and verifying order details.
- Availability: Reliable transportation to and from the facility; availability for shifts including nights and weekends.
- Experience: No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a positive attitude.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
