Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners and pick orders according to production schedules.
- Packing & Preparation: Safely pack items into boxes, ensuring proper labeling, securing, and documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects to maintain high shipping standards.
- Inventory Control: Keep workstations organized and assist with stock rotation and inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail stocking experience is preferred but we train motivated candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency for reading labels and communicating with team leads.
