Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed using handheld RF scanners.
- Verify item quantities and ensure packaging is secure for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) when certified.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
