Responsibilities
- Select and Pick: Accurately locate, pick, and retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners.
- Pack and Ship: Safely pack items into boxes or crates, ensuring proper wrapping and labeling for secure transport.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and report discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage before packing and ensure all shipping labels are applied correctly.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
