Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to order specifications and shipping guidelines.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking items against digital pick lists.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for courier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for order tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
