Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Merchandise: Efficiently select items from shelves and conveyor belts, ensuring the correct quantity and product quality.
- Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory status and ensure data accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and package them securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Safe Handling: Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are your main requirements.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk continuously, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic Literacy: Good reading and comprehension skills to read scanning labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and reliable transportation.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
