Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Inspect products for defects and package them securely using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to support the supply chain flow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required—on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to read pick tickets and labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
