As a critical part of our fulfillment center, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Product Selection: Retrieve customer orders from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Packing & Labeling: Safely pack items into boxes, ensuring proper protection and applying shipping labels.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to read pick lists and ensure order accuracy.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
