Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging is secure and tamper-proof.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and workflow targets.
- Perform routine inventory checks and report discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and counting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
