Responsibilities
- Oversee daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Manage, train, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Optimize workflow processes and warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure seamless outbound shipping.
- Prepare performance reports and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFL or CFSP) is required.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job.
