Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inspect packages for damage and apply appropriate sealing and labeling methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including safety aisles and shipping zones.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
