Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from shelves based on customer orders and picking tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate cardboard and bubble wrap.
- Verify the accuracy of orders against packing slips before shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling and barcoding.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for quick inventory counting and verification.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
