Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from warehouse inventory using handheld RF scanning devices.
- Package products securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Inspect goods for quality and ensure proper labeling before shipping.
- Maintain a neat, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput and accuracy goals.
- Load outbound pallets onto trailers in an orderly and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
