Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select items from inventory shelves and securely pack them into boxes for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Scan products using handheld scanners (RF guns) to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided) to move stock efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all shipping labels are applied correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reading labels and picking orders.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to count accurately and perform basic arithmetic.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
