Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Label, box, and wrap items securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and verifying items.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
