Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Label packages accurately using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are essential.
- Must have reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
