Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and pick-to-light systems.
- Verify product quantities, labels, and packaging to ensure order accuracy.
- Load and unload shipments safely onto delivery trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain organized storage aisles.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
