Responsibilities
- Efficiently locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify item quantities and descriptions against work orders to ensure accuracy and reduce errors.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
