Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report damage discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory in designated zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
