Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using scanners and handheld devices.
- Package and label items according to strict shipping guidelines to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, to move stock efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking errors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
