Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to pick lists and purchase orders.
- Verify accuracy of products against order specifications.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (after certification).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and using handheld devices.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
