Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to pick lists and customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform light maintenance on packaging equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse or logistics experience is necessary; we provide full paid training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
