Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) to move, stack, and retrieve products safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts as needed.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
