Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory in designated zones
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train motivated candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning systems
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
