Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure accurate packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and help organize warehouse aisles.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants looking to start their career in warehousing.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy when scanning items and packaging orders.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to count, add, and subtract quickly and accurately.
- Availability: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
