Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from inventory shelves using handheld scanners.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort and stage finished goods for shipping and delivery.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Review orders for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is necessary; training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to wear required safety gear and follow protocols.
