Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack merchandise based on customer orders and packing slips.
- Inspect products for quality control and ensure they are free from damage.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
