Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Retrieve orders from the warehouse shelves and accurately pack items into boxes for shipping.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all order details are correct before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock rotation as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and clutter-free to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow instructions precisely and catch minor errors.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills required to read pick lists and labels.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to work on time.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training.
