Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions and safety guidelines.
- Verify product quantities and scan barcodes using handheld scanners to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure packages are properly sealed and labeled to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
