Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select items from the warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock locations.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, scan barcodes, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for candidates with no experience.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills required.
