Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse shelves using a handheld scanner (RF gun) or pick list.
- Accurately pack and label items according to customer specifications and shipping guidelines.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment to meet daily shipping targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk extensively throughout the warehouse.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments (climate controlled).
