Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packaging products for shipment. You will work closely with our inventory management team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inspect items for quality and damage, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to support inbound and outbound logistics.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
