Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from shelves and staging areas based on picking tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and verify counts against orders.
- Label packages accurately for shipment and ensure proper sorting.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory organization and restocking as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or high school diploma required—attitude and reliability matter most.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for weighing and counting items.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
