Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders with a focus on accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage, ensuring only quality products are shipped.
- Properly label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently as trained.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow pick lists and safety guidelines.
- Physically capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
