Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Retrieve merchandise from shelves using handheld scanners and pack items securely for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels and assist in periodic inventory audits.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and verify that the correct items are included.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move stock within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for motivated individuals looking to start their career.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read labels and follow scanning instructions accurately.
