Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Sort, label, and prepare packages for local and national delivery.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
