Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and conditions to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment compliant with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
