Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and order management systems
- Inspect products for quality and condition before shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Attention to detail with accuracy focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
