What You Will Do:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
- Verify product quantities and ensure correct labeling and packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.
