As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment center, ensuring that products are accurately selected, packed, and shipped to our valued customers. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for overtime pay.
Responsibilities
- Select and pack orders with high accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure products are properly wrapped, labeled, and loaded onto pallets or conveyor belts for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or defects before processing.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and efficiency targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
