Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specific pick tickets, packing slips, and barcodes to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Verify product quantities, condition, and specifications before packing.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipping using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and seasonal stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, retail stocking, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
