Responsibilities
- Scan, pick, and pack products accurately according to customer orders and company guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse aisles.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Verify product quality and packaging integrity before shipment.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting for 8+ hours.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
