Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against purchase orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Inspect all items for damage, defects, or quality issues prior to packing.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
