Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy using handheld scanning devices.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform inventory checks and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying shifts (nights/weekends).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
