Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and strict quality standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, ensuring proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks during peak operational periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly with proper lifting techniques.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a standard background check.
