Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to company standards.
- Verify product quality and quantity before packaging for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and inventory management procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn barcode scanning software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
