The Role
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. If you are physically fit, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from shelves and packing stations using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping addresses and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Sort and stage pallets for shipment or storage according to company guidelines.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
