Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately to the inventory control team.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak seasons to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify order accuracy under time constraints.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) in a warehouse setting.
