Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Stage completed orders for timely shipping and maintain organized workstations
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant work areas
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
